My Story
As a wife, mother of five, and mental health advocate, I understand the diverse challenges faced by individuals in today’s complex world. I am committed to promoting positive change, personal growth, and healing through various evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Play Therapy. I have experience supporting individuals managing depression, suicidal ideation and self harm, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, compassion fatigue, low self-esteem, thought distortions, and faith transitions. I focus on supporting my clients in healing, building resilience, and creating the fulfilling life they desire. I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive, personalized support, and healing for children, teens, and adults' unique needs.
