Hello
I'm Bridgett Hilton, CSW, and I'm passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's ups and downs.
Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, I moved to Utah in 2019. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology, graduating with honors, and my Master of Social Work from Utah Valley University.
My Story
For the past two years, I've worked with children aged 5-12, helping them cope with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and behavioral concerns. I love using creative approaches like art, play, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help children understand and manage their emotions. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based modalities. I'm also passionate about supporting young adults as they face the unique challenges and uncertainties of this life stage. I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone feels heard and understood.
When I'm not working, I love spending time at the beach, traveling, painting, running, watching reality TV with my husband, and tending to my ever-growing collection of house plants.
I am supervised by Dana Kroes, LCSW (9850877-3501).
